A442DUDE Full Member Offline Chevy Speed Posts: 187	Re: Aftermarket Driveshaft Reply #3 - 08/16/06 at 12:21:12 IF YOU PUT DOWN OVER 400HP AND CAN STICK IT A NEW DRIVESHAFT IS IN ORDER I HAVE A STEEL 3.5 IN DIAMETER THAT A LOCAL DRIVESHAFT COMPANY MADE UP WITH 1330 JOINTS COST WAS 266.00 YOU'LL FIND ALUMINUM SHAFTS ARE QUITE A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE BUT ARE ALOT LIGHTER

BTW thanks for the reminder I need to look in to driveshafts to mine is pretty worn (darn drive shaft loops)

THAT THING MUST BE 12 INCHES LONG Grin

SERIOUSLY THAT IS CRAZY CHEAP WITH THE YOKE UP HERE YOUD BE LOOKING AT 500+

They custom make driveshafts also. They may be more expensive than Floyd's place but wouldn't hurt to check. I have had them shorten and balance a few driveshafts. If you need the number holler back.
