If I remember correctly the California frame was either boxed or smooth on the side but there was a difference....the other thing deals with weight....one's lighter than the other but I'll look to see if I can find it in one of my old books....55s had a problem rusting around the headlight.....but it also depends on what part of the country your in....I found a 150 in Florida.....it had rust everywhere.

Let me get this straight......your talking about the hood scoop that was on my (and Chris's) Nova when you have that crate on your hood?????? That's what I thought......at least you didn't cut a hole into the ram air hood to stick a tunnel ram through....

This was in response to Steve's post.....need to figure out how to work this thread thing......I don't spend all my time in chat rooms looking for 14 year olds like steve d.
