IS THAT THE SAME NOVA FROM BACK IN THE DAY OR DID YOU BUY BILL'S AND PAINT IT LOL. HERE IS AN OLD PIC OF MY OLDS WHICH WAS JIMMY'S YEARS AGO BEST E.T. WAS LAST WEEKEND 10.21 @129MPH (6.40's for you 1/8 mile guy's) WITH MORE TO COME SHOOTING FOR 9.90'S IN GOOD AIR.AND IF YOU HAVE'NT FIGURED IT OUT YET THIS IS AIR FORCE STEVE THAT HAD THE RED 442 SO WHAT IS UP IN ALTUS THESE DAY'S

Welcome to our site, it's slow sometimes but we are trying to keep it pretty active.

Isn't that your buddy jerry driving that 442 in your picture? Grin

Jimmy said you have been doing great and was telling me about your cars. Sounds like your running some great stuff.

This website is also known as wwwaltusracing.com it's not jsut for chevy's.

I sure miss the old days of us racing all the time.

I think the last race we ever had was when I had my 327 and we raced in front of Broadway united. That was my first ever full NOS pass in town. Grin

Well let's see, since I left Altus I put together 1 Olds that Steve now drives....of course when I owned it, it was a street car....a V8 Luv pickup, V8 S10, 65 Chevy II, and now that Bill special 78 Nova....which is sitting sans motor as I try to make up my mind what to put in it.....I've got a flat top 355 with a solid lift cam or a 406 with vortec heads and a little hydraulic cam....decisions decisions....
