ford torsion bar adjustments

hey guys how yall been i am working on my 2005 ford ranger and i need to lift the front end up and i was told the easy way was to adjust the torsion bars and i dnt have a clue how to do it i was hopeing that yall might now how or where to find how to do it thanks

I think all the 4x4 guys bailed on us and moved on over to their own site.
