Hey Guys,
I've made a list of some things I need to make the cruise.
If anyone has any of this for sale, I would be interested.

Bigger Radiator and Electric Fan
4.11 gears
Posi for 8.5  10bolt

This is some of the other things I'll have to do:

New Bumpers (I'll probably just buy them online, rather than re-chome my old ones)
Finish Sanding the body
Bondo where needed
paint Flat Black Primer
Double check Brakes and have a front end alignment done.

Wish me Luck!

Jared

Jared, Talk to Bob at Wesco Chevy parts in Okc. He has nova parts and can get anything you need. He can get the bumpers for about the same price as you can get on the net but save you the shipping! I bought all the rubber, door panels, my front bumper and other stuff from him He's on portland just south of NW 10th on the west side of the road. Kind of a mom and pop operation and real good guy! Sorry can't remember his no.

You guys and your easy to find parts.   Grin

I need a steering column gasket and a rubber seal that covers the grease swivel fitting where the column meets the adapter.

I went to Parr Automotive today,
they've got a cool hot rod shop.
I highly recommend it if you need something faster than mail order.
If anyone needs something, just let me know, I would be glad to pick it up for you.

Those guys at Parr have been there forever! I bought some of my chrome parts from them. Ole Bob from Wesco is quite a story himself. He's about 70 years old or real close. He has a 55 Chevy 2 door post, a 64 or 65 Malibu SS convert. and a 62 Chevy impala bubbletop! He drag raced back in the sixties. He has pictures on his wall of some of his old cars in action. He was running 160-170 mph-qtr mile- back in the early sixties in an altered looking open engine car! His dad manufactured fishing lures in the same building he sells parts out of. He sells parts for camaros, chevelles, Novas, 55-57 Chevys and 58-mid sixties Impalas. If you guys need anything look him up!
