Open the picture in a photo-editor ( I use photoshop ) but you can use Microsoft Photo Editor.
It's already installed on XP.
In Microsoft Photo Editor, click 'Image'
Then 'Resize'
A new box will open up...Change the Units from inches to Pixels.
Then change the size.
I use 640x480 on all of my posts.
then click OK.
Then File -- Save As.

Another thing if you look closer at my bumper its bent up and back so...thats probly why your BUMPER is lower than mine, also micheal has small front tires and im running bigger than stock tires all round so if I was to run his size tire on my blazer it could lay frame (or in micheals case lay a-frame) but whats a few inches between friends? lol im glad to see that we can fight about whos lower and just be playin tha whole time.
