Major Upgrade for AltusRacing and ChevySpeed

Just wanted to let everyone know we have upgraded AltusRacing and ChevySpeed. I was going to hold off until after the move but we were getting too much spam. I am not 100% done but most of it is. I can turn the spam protection up 5 more levels but want to test it at this level first.

Let me know if you see any problems at all!
