I assume 4wd? what transfer? you know 700r4's only came with the aluminum cases behind them. you can change the output shaft though like we did in mine.

just curiuos but does anyony know if you can put a 350/400 input shaft in a 700r4?

IF you could on any of them you might could on a th350 in a 700r4. They are alot similar, a 700r4 is basically a th350 with overdrive. they share alot of the same parts. a th400 is completely different.

Actually looking for a turbo350 4x4 tranny for the blazer, wanting to sell the turbo 400 in it right now.  400 is good no problems it's not a 4x4  call me if interested.  also the 72 ford is mine, engine is solid just needs a bearing retainer plate  call me if interested   471-7401
