i did some checking and EVERYONE has to buy a permit,, I FOUND OUT WHERE IT IS,, CALLED DAVID BROWN SPORTS CENTER 4203 CAYNON DR AMARILLO TX ,, HIS SHOP WILL BE OPEN UNTIL 600 PM FEB 21,22, AND ON SAT UNTIL 300PM ON SAT HE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING BY MAIL.... ALL HE NEEDS IS NAME ADDRESS PHONE # STATE ZIP...... this permit is $ 8.00 for the year 08

A Texas OHV decal can be purchased by calling the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department Customer Service Center (CSC). The CSC phone number is: 512-389-8917. The decal cost is $8.00 and can be paid for with a credit card. The decals are valid from September 1 to August 31 each year.

called in this date and they are mailing the decal ,,,, it was real easy
