There always are. I am convinced these days that if you don't run into a few snags every once in a while you are not doing it right.

Car looks great!!!  It has come a long way since high school.
I bought a 71 nova, plans are to start on it in the next few months. It has a long way to go. Maybe by next year it will be running.

Mine has been slow going. I get one thing done and have to redo two things I have done already!

It has been crazy but fun. I am back in town for a month and a half so going to try to get it done soon!

Just thought I would post an update.

Motor, tranny and rearend are all buttoned up and ready to go. I lack some of the interior, fuel lines, brake lines and a few other things. Really not that much. I hope to be driving it in a couple weeks and racing soon after that. I will try to get some new pics up this weekend.

Who is good around altus at laying carpet? Other interior things?

I also need to find someone good at welding aluminum. I haven't asked jason if he does aluminum yet. Anyone know?

Chris

Perfect, I was hoping he could!

Thanks greg. If you don't mind can someone send me his phone number again. Please only send it in private message. He told me to give him a call but I lost his number.

Chris,  David Jones (big dave) brother Mike is back in town and is supposed to be very good at upholstery work. He is out on east Broadway in the small building in front of the one you used to rent! I've got his number at the lot also.

Good to hear that Jason can weld aluminum-hopefully he isn't too backed up.

I have been napping all day since the drive since it has been crazy for the last 7 days getting to this point.

Thanks for all the help Monte!

And also for the help from Rob, Jared and Justin!
